Are you at a healthy weight?

With this Body Mass Index (BMI) chart, you can see if you are at a healthy weight, since BMI considers your weight as a relative factor in your overall health. It is a method to assess an individual’s (aged 20-65) healthy bodyweight. How should I interpret my BMI?

Match your height with your weight on the chart below. The figure that appears above the column you selected is your BMI. Body fat is calculated by dividing your weight by your height (in meters squared). This chart gives you an idea of your body’s ratio of muscle to fat. Or, use a  BMI (BODY MASS INDEX) CALCULATOR.
